1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Products: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used cosmetics.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@glossylust.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Package Your Return: Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Include the receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by our customer service team.
  3. Shipping: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected, the items will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

 

5. Exchanges

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@glossylust.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
